Bought the terrific Australian Simply Cards magazine this week and there was a lovely set of Hot Off The Press Christmas stamps and papers with it.
At last weekends get together 1 member was doing a one sheet wonder set of cards. I'd never tried this before (yeah I know I'm a bit behind the times), so I thought I'd give it a go and see if I could use 1 sheet of paper from the magazine and the stamps.
After a bit of searching on the net I found this excellent resource from Kimberley of procrastinator's pad: http://www.stampin-pad.com/ . Thanks for sharing Kimberley :-)

The sheet of paper I had was a bit narrower and longer than the standard 8 1/2 x 11" paper from the template, so my card number 4 is different. I used all the bits I had left over and made a Christmas tree from them.
I started with 10 card blanks (A5 card folded in half) about 1/2 sheet of dark red cardstock and 1/2 sheet of deep muted green cardstock for mats, a few extra bits and pieces from my stash, ribbons, perfect pearls, a few stick ons and some bling. All in all I was quite happy with the results, and I ended up with 10 very quick and easy Christmas cards.
